Book your favourite dress online OR make an appointment to try on your dress of choice at our boutique in Waterloo.

Rock that dress like it’s your own! Don’t forget to tag yourself on our social media pages or send us your photo so we can see how fabulous you look!

Place your dress in it's dress bag or the satchel you received your dress in and return in the same way you received your dress- either drop it back to us in person or via express post. No need to wash or dry clean your dress either, as we take care of that for you.

FAQ

Does Dress to the Nines have a

physical shop?

 

Yes!  We are located in Waterloo and are available by appointment only.  Please call, text or email to arrange a 30 minute appointment that is convenient to you.

 

Do you send dresses via post or courier?

 

Postage is available for an additional $30.

We use Australia Post's Express Post service to ensure it is delivered as quick as possible.

How will postage take?

As a guide, Postage to Greater Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne will take 1-2 nights.
Adelaide and Rural areas in NSW, VIC, SA and QLD will take 2-3 nights.

Perth, Darwin, rural areas in WA and NT will take 3-4 nights.

You are not charged extra if you live further away but we do advise you book far in advance to give us ample time to post to you.

 

How far in advance can I book a dress?

We don’t have a set time frame- as long as you pay the hire cost at the time of booking we will ensure the dress is yours for the dates you specify.

What if I want to hire my dress for more than 4 days?

We understand the dress you are hiring may be for an interstate or overseas event.  Please call us to discuss, and where booking dates allow we will try to accommodate your request for a small additional charge per day.

 

How do I return the dress?

Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place it in the dress bag you received your dress in and return it to our shop or post it back to us in an express post bag.

All returns must be back or psoted by the 4th day of your hire (which is usually the Monday after your hire).

What it I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

 

We understand that accidents happen.  Please do not attempt to wash or fix the dress yourself.  If we are unable to return the dress to it’s original state we will invoice you with repair costs.  If the dress cannot be repaired you will be charged for the RRP of the dress minus the hire cost

and you will be able to keep the dress.

 

What if I order online and the dress doesn't fit?

 

Not a problem!  Please let us know within 12hrs of pickup, and provided the dress has not been worn and we will allow you to transfer the hire cost onto another dress for the same dates.
